Heavy rainfall capable of causing flash flooding will continue to impact Hawaii through Monday. Severe thunderstorms and heavy rain are possible in parts of Texas and the southern Plains and the Upper Great Lakes. NOAA Weather Radio (NWR) is a nationwide network of radio stations broadcasting weather and emergency information 24 hours a day. There are 7 NWR transmitters that cover the South Texas area.
