...Updated Preliminary Hurricane Sally Rainfall Totals...

This is an updated listing of rainfall totals from 7am September
14th through 7am September 17th. Power outages have impacted
the reporting in some locations and we have yet to receive
totals from some of the harder hit areas in Dauphin Island,
Gulf Shores, Foley, and Orange Beach. As soon we receive
additional reports, we will include them. If you have a
