Unsettled Weather in the Eastern U.S. through Memorial Day

Showers and thunderstorms are expected from Texas to the Northeast through Tuesday. Heavy rain will create mainly localized areas of flash flooding across the central Gulf Coast into the Appalachians. Welcome to the National Weather Service's new radar webpage located at radar.weather.gov. The redesigned weather viewer was completed in an effort to provide better radar viewing services to the public. On this new page, we provide more radar products with images updating more frequently and at four times higher resolution than before. Our GIS-based web page allows users to integrate our radar data into their own platforms.
