As further rounds of thunderstorms impact the ArkLaTex today, a few storms may become severe, with the primary associated hazard being damaging wind gusts.
Throughout the day today, slow-moving storms and repeated rainfalls will lead to the possibility of flash flooding hazards, particularly in southeast Oklahoma and adjacent zones of east Texas and southwest Arkansas. New rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches are expected, with locally higher amounts possible.
Prolonged cloud cover and rainfall will keep temperatures in the 80s north and west, with highs in the low to mid 90s elsewhere. New thunderstorms will impact the region throughout the day today.
Here are the daily climate averages for selected sites across our Four-State area.
