Tours Available

You Are Invited

Free tours are available to the Los Angeles/Oxnard office for schools and the general public. You will be shown the inner workings that go into the everyday operations of a weather forecast office.

Public tours are offered on specific dates only. See list below of currently available dates.

Thu March 5 at 10am
Thu March 5 at 1pm
Mon March 9 at 10am
Mon March 9 at 1pm
Fri April 3 at 1pm

If you would like to book a tour on one of the available dates/times above, email our Tour Team at lox.tours@noaa.gov. Please include the date and time you would like to visit, your name and phone number, and the approximate size of your group.

If you are teacher or school administrator looking to book a field trip or speaker for a large group, please contact our Tour Team (lox.tours@noaa.gov) for availability.

Please note that due to the nature of our operations, tours may need to be cancelled at the last minute if hazardous weather situations arise.
