Back-to-Back Pacific Storms to Impact the West Coast; Heavy Snow in the Central Appalachians

Back-to-back powerful Pacific storm systems to impact the Pacific Northwest and northern California through the end of this week with heavy rain, flooding, strong winds, and higher elevation mountain snow. Due to technical updates with the computer system, the weekly NOAA Weather Radio test scheduled for Wednesday, May 30, has been delayed until Thursday, May 31, 2018 around 11:30 AM CDT. This delay affects the transmitters at Bassett, Merna, Merriman, Mullen, Oshkosh, Sutherland, and Valentine.
