Storm Impacting the Northwest U.S.; Fire Weather Conditions in Southern California; Severe Weather in the South

A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. A strong area of low pressure moving quickly northeast into the Great Lakes on Saturday, November 5, 2022 produced wind gusts as high as 65 MPH across central Indiana.  Below is a list of all observations greater than or equal to 45 MPH across the area on Saturday.
