A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. Overview
A fast moving storm system brought widespread snow to portions of southeast South Dakota and southwest Minnesota on February 27 and 28, 2021. While amounts generally ranged from a dusting to three inches, a concentrated area of heavy snow fell between Mitchell, SD and Marshall, MN, resulting in totals ranging between 4 to 7 inches. |
