Tropical Depression in the Gulf; Severe Thunderstorms Monday

Tropical Depression Two is expected to gradually strengthen and could bring tropical storm conditions to the Florida Panhandle beginning late Monday. Areas of flash flooding will be possible through Thursday along the eastern and central Gulf Coast. Severe thunderstorms will develop and move along a cold front crossing the Upper Midwest Monday, and through the Ohio Valley/Mid-Atlantic on Tuesday. Read More >

the U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands


 

The PEAC Center is involved in the develoment of outreach materials about the impacts of ENSO climate variability and El Niño specifically for a wide range of audiences.

 

The NOAA National Centers for Enviromental Information (NCEI) has put together a comprehensive series of Regional El Niño Impacts and Outlook Assesments for different regions of the United States and Affiliated Nations.
