Heavy rain and gusty winds from Tropical Storm Moke will impact the Big Island into Monday, risking life-threatening flooding and mudslides in windward and southeast areas. The weather equipment at Northerly Island is currently inoperable. Technicians have been notified and are assessing the problem. However, it is unclear at this time when service will be restored.
