Chicago and Rockford...

At Chicago, the average high temperature was 83.6 degrees, which
is 3.2 degrees above normal. The average low temperature was
64.3 degrees, which is 3.5 degrees above normal. The average
temperature for the month was 73.9 degrees, which is 3.3 degrees
above normal. 3.10 inches of liquid precipitation were recorded,
which is 1.00 inches below normal. Hail was reported on June 25,
which is listed as a trace of snow.

The following daily records were set for Chicago this past June:

* Record daily maximum temperature of 97 degrees on 6/17.
* Record daily warmest minimum temperature of 78 degrees on 6/18.
