At Chicago, the average high temperature for the fall season
was 64.5 degrees, which is 2.3 degrees above the 1991 to 2020
average. The average low temperature was 48.5 degrees, which is
3.0 degrees above normal. The mean temperature for the season was
56.5 degrees, which is 2.6 degrees above normal.

A total of 6.50 inches of precipitation was recorded during this
past fall, which is 2.54 inches below normal. There was a total
of 2.7 inches of snow recorded at Chicago, which is 0.7 inches
above normal.

October: Record high maximum temperature of 83 degrees on the 24th.
         Record high minimum temperature of 65 degrees on the 26th.

At Rockford, the average high temperature for the fall season was

temperature was 42.5 degrees, which is 0.5 degrees above normal. The

34.7 degrees, which is 0.6 degrees above normal. The average
temperature for the month was 42.9 degrees, which is 1.6 degrees
above normal. 0.86 inches of liquid precipitation were recorded,
which is 1.56 inches below normal. 1.8 inches of snow were
recorded, which is normal.

There were no daily or top ten monthly records set for Chicago
during the month of November 2023.


At Rockford, the average high temperature was 49.4 degrees, which
is 2.3 degrees above normal. The average low temperature was
