Nor'Easter Continues to Bring Heavy Rain and Coastal Impacts; Nolo Continues to Impact Hawaii

The nor’easter will weaken tonight, easing beach conditions and coastal flooding, though locally heavy rain will continue in parts of the Mid-Atlantic and New England into Monday. Hurricane Nolo continues to bring strong winds and large waves to Hawaii. A multi-day rain event will return to the Four Corners region Monday and expand to the south-central U.S. by midweek. Morning Lows Oct. 31 2023

Temperatures on the morning of Oct. 31, 2023 ranged from the low/mid 20s to 32 degrees across much of southern Indiana and central Kentucky. Through coordination with agricultural partners and neighboring offices, the Frost and Freeze Program has concluded for southern Indiana and central Kentucky areas served by the NWS in Louisville. The frost and freeze program will resume in the spring with the start of the growing season.
