Heavy Rainfall and Flooding in the Southwest and Four Corners; Unsettled Weather in Florida

Heavy to excessive rainfall will continue today across portions of the Southwest and Four Corners Region, leading to flash, urban and small stream flooding. The National Weather Service is exploring potential changes and improvements to the way it displays and communicates frost and freeze events. We are soliciting comments on public use of and needs for frost and freeze information. Currently, NWS Louisville issues three products to alert the public: Frost Advisory, Freeze Watch, and Freeze Warning.
