Tropical Depression in the Gulf; Severe Thunderstorms Monday

Tropical Depression Two is expected to gradually strengthen and could bring tropical storm conditions to the Florida Panhandle beginning late Monday. Areas of flash flooding will be possible through Thursday along the eastern and central Gulf Coast. An Extreme Heat Watch is in effect for much of NE Montana for Friday morning through Sunday evening. Look for highs ranging from 95 degrees to 108 with limited temperature recoveries at night as lows struggle to get down into the 60s and 70s. If outdoors during the hottest time of the day, stay hydrated, take frequent brakes, and monitor for the symptoms of heat related illness.
