A Pacific storm is bringing areas of low elevation rain, moderate to heavy mountain snow, and high winds to the Northwest. Strong Santa Ana winds and very dry conditions are producing elevated to critical fire weather conditions in southern California. Severe Weather Spotter and Safety Classes Spotter Training Classes are back in 2021 and yes, these will still be virtual this year. We are trying something different with the virtual sessions by targeting certain areas of western Colorado and eastern Utah to get a more focused response for sign ups. These courses are FREE and even though certain dates are for targeting various areas, anyone is welcome to register and attend for any of the dates. The registration links are unique to each session.
