Gusty winds and low relative humidity will contribute to critical fire weather Monday over parts of the central and southern High Plains. Scattered to widespread severe thunderstorms may bring damaging winds, large hail, and tornadoes Monday through Thursday over the lower Mississippi River Valley and southern Plains into the Midwest and Ohio Valley. Welcome to the National Weather Service's new radar webpage located at radar.weather.gov. The redesigned weather viewer was completed in an effort to provide better radar viewing services to the public. On this new page, we provide more radar products with images updating more frequently and at four times higher resolution than before. Our GIS-based web page allows users to integrate our radar data into their own platforms.
