Welcome to the National Weather Service's new radar webpage located at radar.weather.gov. The redesigned weather viewer was completed in an effort to provide better radar viewing services to the public. On this new page, we provide more radar products with images updating more frequently and at four times higher resolution than before. Our GIS-based web page allows users to integrate our radar data into their own platforms.
Below you will find an overview of the features of the new page as well as some highlights on basic tools.
You can find the full tutorial here: Full Tour
Our neighbor's at WFO Boulder have completed additional training on how to navigate the new radar viewer here.
