Here's a quick look at the newly issued Winter Outlook from the Climate Prediction Center

NOAA's Climate Prediction Center issued an updated Temperature and Precipitation prediction for this winter. In the graphic below the left side shows the Temperature and Precipitation Outlook for November, December and January, with the predictions for January, February, and March on the right side.
