Isolated flurries this morning. Continued cold today and tomorrow. Light snow returns for the end of the work week with accumulations generally 1-3 inches. The bulk of the snow will fall late Friday morning. Temperature reach or exceed freezing Friday afternoon under gusty northwest winds of 30-40 mph at the end of the day. Wind chills of 10 to 15 degrees below zero likely Saturday morning.
