If you think today is cold you aint seen nothing!

On February 15, 1936, 87 years ago today, North Dakota had its
lowest temperature of record, 60 degrees below zero recorded in
Parshall, Mountrail County.

There was hope, even back then. The highest temperature of record
in North Dakota occurred just 5 months later, when on July 6,
1936, the temperature in Steele, Kidder County, soared to 121
degrees.
