At 1226 AM EDT, law enforcement and emergency management reported
numerous stranded vehicles and water rescues in Pennsville Township
in Salem County, New Jersey and in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
