  expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most
  vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along
  inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are
  possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Minor tidal flooding is expected to
  continue for the evening high tides on Sunday and potentially
  Monday as well. Further Coastal Flood Advisories may be needed.

At 1042 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was
located near Leesylvania State Park, moving south at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
