  expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Southern Fairfield County. In New
  York, Southern Westchester and Bronx Counties.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Statement, from 11 PM EDT this
  evening through late tonight. For the Coastal Flood Advisory,

FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Statement, up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas
  near the waterfront and shoreline. For the Coastal Flood
  Advisory, one to one and a half feet of inundation above ground level
  expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.

* WHERE...In Connecticut, Southern Fairfield County. In New
  York, Southern Westchester and Bronx Counties.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Statement, from 11 PM EDT this
  evening through late tonight. For the Coastal Flood Advisory,
  from 11 AM to 3 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS... Minor to locally moderate flooding in the more vulnerable
  locations near the waterfront and
  shoreline. Some roads and low lying properties including
  parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with
  basements near the waterfront will experience minor flooding.


* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional rounds of
  coastal flooding are possible with the high tide cycles
  through Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
