Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Eagle Creek At Phalanx Station affecting Trumbull County.

For the Eagle Creek (Trumbull)...including Phalanx Station...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Eagle Creek at Phalanx Station.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Barclay Messerly Road south of the Warren
  Airport in Braceville floods. Knowlton Road will be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM EST Wednesday the stage was 9.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 9.6 feet late this evening.
    It will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
  - Flood stage is 9.5 feet.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR AN ICE JAM NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 745 PM EST THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following
  county, Lake.

* WHEN...Until 745 PM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...River flows are elevated behind a developing ice jam on
  the Grand River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 123 PM EST, first responders reported an ice jam near High
    Street Marina & North St. Clair St causing minor flooding.
  - Additional flooding is likely due to ice jam development
    along the Grand River today, potentially impacting properties
    closest to the river.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Painesville, Fairport Harbor and Grand River.

  - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety
    and preparedness information.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

enforcement and request they pass this information to the National

Due to recent warm conditions and increasing southwest winds,
ice floes are possible on Lake Erie today. Ice may break away
from shore or the Lake Erie islands, leaving people stranded on
the ice. Persons are strongly encouraged to stay off the ice as
conditions become increasingly unstable.

The combination of temperatures approaching 60 degrees and
increasing southwesterly winds this afternoon, may result in the
break up and movement of the ice on Lake Erie. Persons should stay
off the ice this week.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Persons are advised to stay off the ice this week as temperatures
will be in the 50s through Friday. Going out on the ice could result
in being stranded if ice breaks away from shore.
