This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for southwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, east central Nebraska, northeast Nebraska and southeast
Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.
Light snow will taper off through the afternoon, with additional
accumulations up to one quarter of an inch. Slick spots will be
possible on the evening commute.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
There is a 30% chance of light snow Friday morning, particularly in
northeast Nebraska. Additional accumulations are expected to remain
under one half an inch, with slick spots possible on the Friday
morning commute.
Colder air moves into the area Friday and Saturday. High
temperatures on Friday will peak in the teens before Saturday
morning lows dip into the single digits below zero. Saturday morning
wind chills are expected in the 10 to 20 degree below zero range.
There`s an additional 40-60% chance for light snow late Saturday
into Sunday. While snow is expected to be light, confidence is low
in total accumulations.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.
.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.
Light snowfall with little to no accumulations will continue through
the afternoon and evening across mainly northern Nebraska.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Another round of more organized snowfall arrives Thursday night
lasting through Friday. Light accumulations of up to 1 inch will be
possible with the heaviest being across the Sandhills into portions
of central Nebraska.
Colder temperatures move in Friday night into Saturday with sub-zero
lows expected east of US-83. Southwesterly winds will promote wind
chill values falling into the negative teens across areas mainly east
of US-83. Later forecasts may need cold weather headlines so stay
tuned.
Another round of light snow is possible on Saturday but at this time,
little to no accumulations are expected.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and
portions of north central Kansas.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.
Occasional bursts of light snow will be possible today across a
majority of the day for a select portion of the area. The best
potential for accumulating snowfall of mainly a few tenths up to
one inch will be for locations mainly near and north of Interstate
80.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.
Multiple rounds of light snow are expected to return primarly
Friday morning to afternoon and Saturday evening to night.
Accumulations is expected to remain light, generally under an
inch.
Wind chills are expected to dip to as low as -20 degrees Friday
night into Saturday morning with overnight low temperatures in the
negative single digits.

west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska,
central South Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central
South Dakota, and southeast South Dakota.
.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight
Light snow chances continue this morning and then again tonight
west of the James River Valley. An inch or less accumulation is
expected.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday
Wind chills as cold as 15 to 25 below are expected Friday and
Saturday mornings.
Additional light snow is possible Saturday.
