...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas...

  Cache River Near Patterson affecting Jackson and Woodruff
  Counties.

For the Cache River...including Patterson...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING TO TUESDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cache River near Patterson.

* WHEN...From Monday morning to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Low swampy timberland along the river
  begins to flood. Flood gates should be closed and equipment moved
  out of the low grounds along the river and tributaries.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 7.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.0
    feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

 Limited frost risk.

DISCUSSION...

Temperatures will remain near or above 40 degrees in most, if not
all, of southern and central Missouri, but vulnerable low-lying
areas may drop into the mid-30s tonight, bringing a low frost risk
to these cooler valley areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

There is a chance for frost in low-lying areas of the eastern
Ozarks Saturday night.

A pattern change is expected toward the end of the weekend into
early next week, returning shower and thunderstorm chances to the
area, especially Monday evening into Tuesday night.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

  Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.

DISCUSSION...
A slight chance of a few light rain showers exists this evening
into tonight for parts of northeast Oklahoma from a disturbance
moving through the Plains. Severe weather is not expected.

SATURDAY...No Hazards.
SUNDAY...High Wind Potential.
MONDAY AND TUESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential...High Wind Potential.
WEDNESDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
THURSDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Breezy to gusty southerly winds return Sunday, which allows for a
warming trend into next week. Thunderstorm chances then increase
during the first half of next week across eastern Oklahoma and
northwest Arkansas as an area of low pressure and associated
frontal boundary move into the region. At this time, limited
severe potentials exist each day Monday to Wednesday.
