widespread rain will pose the risk of minor flooding today.

A high wind watch remains in effect Monday, for the potential for
wind gusts 50 to 60 MPH.
Rapidly falling temperatures Monday morning may lead to flash
freezing of any water on paved surfaces. There is the potential for

two inches or less. This will all be the result of an intensifying
storm system tracking across the Great Lakes.
