  Craft Advisory, west winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30
  knots and waves 6 to 9 feet expected.

* WHERE...St Joseph to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, until 6 PM EST this evening. For
  the Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

An elevated fire danger exists through early this evening due the
combination of northwesterly wind gusts up to 30 mph and relative
humidities of 20 to 30 percent.

  Elevated Fire Weather Risk.

DISCUSSION...

Continued dry conditions, southerly wind gusts of up to 25 to 30
mph, and afternoon relative humidity values falling into the
25 to 30 percent range will lead to another day with a heightened
threat of fires igniting and spreading quickly tomorrow.
