  from just north of the junction of Illinois 33 with Business 50 to
  the St. Francesville, Illinois area.  River Road from Lincoln
  Memorial Bridge to Billett Rd is impassable.  Extensive seep water
  forms behind Illinois levees extending from Russellville to U.S.
  Highway 50.  Flooding of agricultural land begins in Knox County
  Indiana west of the railroad extending for the Oaktown area to the
  north side of Vincennes.  Extensive flooding of Small Creek.

DISCUSSION...

Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop across southern
Wisconsin southward into northern Illinois this afternoon into
early this evening. Some of these storms could become severe.
Locally damaging winds in excess of 60 mph and hail to one inch
in diameter will be the primary threats with these storms.

Thunderstorm chances exist daily Thursday through Saturday. The
best chances will be Thursday afternoon through Friday night.
Some heavy rain and flooding issues will be possible, mainly over
the Interstate 64 corridor. At this time, severe storms are not
expected.

Heat indices will climb just above 100 degrees Sunday afternoon
and could go higher early next week.

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Thunderstorms are expected at times Thursday through Sunday with
widespread rain and storms bringing a risk for flash flooding late
Thursday night into Friday. Stronger storms will be possible with
gusty winds as the main threat.

Heat indices will peak in the mid and upper 90s on Sunday and low
100s early next week.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois, east
central Illinois, southeast Illinois and west central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Flooding continues along several rivers throughout the area owing to
recent heavy rainfall.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon north of
I-70 and Wednesday night across the area. The probability of severe
storms is low.

There will be periodic chances of thunderstorms late Thursday
through Saturday. While it is too early for any specifics, there may be
some threat for both severe weather as well as heavy rainfall and
renewed flooding at times during period, mainly from around I-72
southward.

Hot and humid conditions arrive Sunday and persist into next week.
Minor to moderate heat risk is likely, and these conditions may lead
to heat- related illness in sensitive individuals or those without
access to effective cooling.

Minor to moderate flood will continue on several rivers throughout
the area over the next several days.
