  Hancock County in west central Illinois...
  McDonough County in west central Illinois...
  Southeastern Warren County in west central Illinois...
  Southeastern Clark County in northeastern Missouri...

* Until 300 AM CDT Saturday.

* At 854 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
  1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen in some locations in less than
  90 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
           producing flash flooding.

  SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
           urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Macomb, Carthage, Bushnell, Hamilton, Warsaw, Colchester,
  Blandinsville, Augusta, Bowen, Industry, Good Hope, Prairie City,

FOR SOUTHERN MUSCATINE, DES MOINES, EASTERN HENRY IA, LOUISA,
MERCER, ROCK ISLAND AND NORTH CENTRAL HENDERSON COUNTIES...

At 816 PM CDT, Louisa County law enforcement reported flooding with
road closures impacting T Avenue and other roadways near Conesville.
Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen across the warned area.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Davenport, Moline, Rock Island, Muscatine, East Moline, Aledo,
  Wapello, Columbus Junction, Oquawka, Silvis, Milan, Coal Valley,

    trying to catch up to all the rain that feel this afternoon.
    Hoff Road is flooded with numerous ditches full as well.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions:
Sensitive groups: consider rescheduling or moving all activities

Follow your asthma action plan and keep quick-relief medicine
handy. People with heart disease: Symptoms such as palpitations,
shortness of breath, or unusual fatigue may indicate a serious
problem. If you have any of these, contact your health care

Additional Details:
Canadian wildfire smoke will impact all of Wisconsin throughout
the weekend. Initial impacts are expected for northwestern
counties starting as early as midnight Friday night, reaching
central Wisconsin by early Saturday afternoon, and southeastern
Wisconsin by late Saturday. The heaviest smoke is anticipated for
locations farther north, with periods of Very Unhealthy NowCast
AQI possible. USG to Unhealthy AQI will be more likely for
central and southeastern Wisconsin. The lowest concentrations are
expected across southwestern Wisconsin, where Moderate to USG AQI
is more likely. By Sunday, PM2.5 concentrations will be generally
lower. However, USG to Unhealthy AQI will remain possible
statewide, with higher concentrations more likely to the north.

the main threats.
