  daytime highs Saturday. The coolest temperatures will be along the
  coast where afternoon sea breezes will develop.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The following areas, Central Susitna Valley, Lower
  Matanuska Valley, Southern Susitna Valley and Western Susitna
  Valley.  This includes the cities of Palmer, Wasilla, Big Lake,
  Skwentna, Willow, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek, And Petersville.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Significant rainfall is possible in the Susitna Valley Monday
    August 3 through Wednesday August 5. There is uncertainty
    with expected precipitation amounts, but potential 48-hr
    totals range from 3 to 5 inches in the upper Yentna, Chulitna
    and Susitna Basins. This will be especially impactful to
    erosion-prone areas (Talkeetna) and low-lying or poor-
    drainage areas throughout the rest of the Susitna Valley.
    Expect rivers to crest Wednesday or Wednesday night.
