For NWWS-Open Interface message detail (other than header information) XMMP reader software (commercial or user-developed) is required.

To request a user_id and password for NWWS Open Interface access, please email NWWS.Issue@noaa.gov.

Be sure to include the following:

Name (First and Last)
Company
Address
State, City, and Zip
Telephone Number
Account Info: Single or Multiple Accounts

Remember: If multiple accounts are run from the same computer system the system will shut down.

Note: NWS processing of your request may take as long as 10-days or more depending on weather conditions (critical weather days) and NWS priority requirements.
