Most of Arkansas is currently experiencing drought conditions. 
Nearly 70% of the state is in severe drought or greater (D2 or greater).
Portions of northeast Arkansas are in exceptional drought (D4) condition.

D4 (Exceptional Drought): Portions of northeast Arkansas.
D3 (Extreme Drought): Portions of central, north-central and northeast Arkansas.
D2 (Severe Drought): Portions of northern, central, and southern Arkansas.
D1 (Moderate Drought): Portions of western, southern and eastern Arkansas.
D0: (Abnormally Dry): Portions of extreme southeast Arkansas.

Fire Hazard Impacts
Recent dry conditions have promoted enhanced fire danger conditions across Arkansas.

     No hydrological impacts were reported over the previous 30 day period.   


Agricultural and Wildlife Impacts
    Few waterfowl observed over Arkansas through much of the winter per AGFC.
     Reports via media sources of farmers transporting water to their livestock herds.
