Hawaii and Guam Concerns; Severe Weather for the Plains; Heavy Snow for Sierra-Nevada

Heavy rainfall capable of causing flash flooding will continue to impact Hawaii through Monday. Severe thunderstorms and heavy rain are possible in parts of Texas and the southern Plains and the Upper Great Lakes. Cascade snow returns tonight - Wednesday night with 1-2 ft possible at pass level. The heaviest snow will be late tonight into Wednesday morning. Snow levels fall early Wednesday with 1-4 in possible above 1500 ft in Clackamas Co & up to 1 inch above 1000 ft elsewhere.
