Record setting heat is expected over the next several days from the Intermountain West through the northern Plains. Furthermore, fire weather concerns increase with dry and breezy conditions. AREA OF LAND SO WAS BLACK WITH DIRT AND DUST

AND VISIBLE FOR 45 MILES. ABOUT 35 HAY BALES

REMOVED. ESTIMATED EF0 AND FROM THAT

ESTIMATED WINDS 85 MPH. NO OTHER DAMAGE.

ABOUT 300 YARDS WIDE AND ON THE GROUND FOR

ONE MILE, ALL IN DUNN COUNTY (VERY CLOSE TO

MERCER COUNTY LINE). DUST HELD IN THE AIR

LONG AFTER THE FUNNEL DISSIPATED. SECOND OF

TWO TORNADOES IN THIS AREA. THE DURATION OF

THE TORNADO EVENT WAS 13 MINUTES.
